Chin from K-pop group BTS will be the torchbearer for the 2024 Olympics in Paris. Singer Kim Seok-jin (real name) has already arrived in France. He had just completed his 18-month mandatory military service.
Chin and the rest of the torchbearers are expected to run through various historical sites in France.
BTS is a South Korean boy band formed in 2013. Since their debut, BTS have sold over 5 million records worldwide. In April 2020, BTS became the best-selling artist in South Korean history.
