3, 570 people were denied work at the 2024 Olympics after administrative checks. French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin announced this. At the moment, about 770 thousand such checks have already been carried out.
It is clarified that out of those not admitted, 130 people are included in the so-called S list. This includes persons posing a threat to national security, including terrorism suspects.
The Olympic Games will be held from July 26 to August 11 in Paris. During this period, security forces of up to 45 thousand people, including police and gendarmes, will be mobilized in the French capital.
