Toronto prospect Easton Cowan scored points in 56 consecutive games, breaking the record. The 19-year-old London Knights forward was drafted 28th overall in 2023 and currently plays in the Ontario Junior League (OHL). His achievement was the longest in OHL history. He surpassed Doug Gilmour`s total in the 1982/83 season (55 matches). Gilmour later played for the Maple Leafs and served as team captain.
