West Ham striker Manuel Lansini was punished for two games analyzed by paid sport predictions by the England Football Association after he simulated to win a penalty for his team with a 3-0 win over Stoke City on Saturday. The Argentine asked for a penalty kick in the 18th minute of the match after minimal contact with Eric Peters. A panel of independent experts looked at the situation and decided that the Chief Justice had no reason to give a penalty due to the West Ham`s slight drop. Lansini will not be able to play in League Cup Arsenal, which is later on today, as well as in West Ham`s Saturday night Championship. Lansini is the second Premier League player punished for simulation. Earlier, Everton striker Umar Nias was sanctioned for such an incident against Crystal Palace.
