Dmitry Ryabykin commented on the new contract of Vladimir Tkachev. Earlier it became known that the 29-year-old Avangard forward extended his current five-year agreement with the club for another year - until the end of the 2029/30 season. It was noted that Tkachev agreed to reduce his salary for this year - from 120 million rubles to 80 million. He is now recovering from an Achilles injury.
- How do you assess the situation with the signing of forward Tkachev for six years?
- The most important thing is how Vladimir himself evaluates it. In my opinion, it`s great when a local student receives a contract with his native team for such a long period and on such solid terms.
- Are you surprised that Vanguard takes such risks?
